"lurisdlut:ioat of this Board outside of any anunicipality and not itac:htded in the state hilliway system or state park road system and each is a county road maintained by the county within the meaning of Sect ion 317.2:3;1(2); I" 101-I&i Staatute.s; and, VIII�RlaAS, this hoard, after investigation, has determined that it is reasonable and in conformity to criteria promulgated by the State Road k-partment to alter or change the speed at which motor vehicles may be operated on the raids hereinafter describ(xi; Now, therefore, The. Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, I*lorida4 resolves: 1. Pursuant to the authority vested in this hoard, a maximum speed limit for motor vehicles operated in the daytime or nighttime is hereby " set and established in each of the; following zones on each of the following county roads at the maximum miles per hour set fora as to each as follows: (a) Can Walker Avenue frorn King's Highway to 53rd Street, a maximum speed limit of forty-five: (45) miles per hour. (b) On Walker Avenue from 53rd Street to the City Limits of the City of Vero Beach, a maximum speed limit of thirty-five (35) miles per hour, (c) Can Cath Avenue frons 14th Street to 10th Street, a maximum speed limit of thirty-five: (35) milers per hour.
