HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-078RESOLUTION NO. 67- 78 WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes and addi_ jj tions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and, lei WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed In order that the following des- cribed property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the Northeast boundary line of Lot 40 in Section 21, Fleming Grant, Townsbip:30 South, Range 38 East, according to Berry's Subdivision of the Fleming Grant, revised from Carter Survey, where the said line is intersected by North boundary line of Roseland Road, thence run Southwesterly on the Northerly boundary line of said Roseland Road 65 feet; thence run Northwesterly on a line parallel to Northeasterly boundary line of said Lot 40, 220 feet; thence run Southwesterly on a line parallel to the North right of way line of Roseland Road a dis- tance of 100 feet to the Westerly line of the Easterly one-half of said Lot 40, 831 feet, more or less, to the water's edge of the Sebastian River; thence run Easterly along the water's edge of the Sebastian River 273 feet to a point which is, measured at right angles to the West boundary line of parcel hereby des- cribed, 165 feet, and which point is the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 40; thence run Southerly on the Northeasterly boundary line of said Lot 40, 881. 5 feet, more or less, to point of beginning. The Wcsterly one-half of that part of Lot ,10, in Section 21, Fleming Grant, Township 30 South, Range 38 East, according to Berry's Subdivision of the Fleming Grant, revised from Carter Survey, lying North of County Road, Elie Easterly line of said Westerly one-half hereby conveyed is a line extending from the North boundary line of said County Road Northwesterly to the Sebastian River and which Easterly line is parallel to the West line of said Lot 40 and which Easterly line is an equal dis- tance from the Westerly line and from the Easterly line of said Tract 40. Begin at the Southeast corner of Lot 36, Section 22, Fleming Grant, Township 30 South, Range 38 Last, and from said beginning point run thence Southwesterly on the Southeasterly boundary line of said Lot 36 a distance of 75 feet, thence run Northwesterly on a line parallel to the Northeasterly boundary Smith, Heath, Smith & O'Halre, Attorneys At Law, Vero Beach, Florida
