The Loard of County Commissioners of Indian River County,

Florida, resolves:
That the forth of Agreement bemeen the Indian river Mosquito
Control District and this County pertaining to the leasing of a dragline is

herewith approved and the Chairman and Clerk are authorized and directed
to make, execute and deliver the Agreement foe and upon liehalf of this
County,

AGREEMENT
"I'llis Agreement made and entered Into this day Of
December, 1967, by and between the INDIAN RIVER MOSOUITO CONTROL
DisTRicr, a special taxing district created by the laws of the State of
Florida, hereinafter referred to at; the and INDIAN RIVER
COUN'I'Y, it political subdivision under the laws of the State of Florida,
hereinafter referred to as the "COUN'I'Y. "
For tile mutual covenants contained herein and other valuable
consideration, ti e herebY agree to the following,
1. Tlie agrees to lease to the COUMI'Y, the following

4. *f he COMY agrees to maintain tile above property in good
workable condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
5. The COUNTY agrees to assume all responsibility for the
above property during the lease perlod, and to hold the DISTRICT harmless
from any and all liability that may arise as a result of the operation of said
dragline by the COUNTY or Its assigns and sublessees.
