That it does herewith express its sincere thanks and apprecia- tion to the Indian River County Citizens Building Code Committee, who worked I for more than a year in promoting and developing a building code for the bone- fit of the citizens of the county and whose efforts were culminated in the adoption of a Resolution of this Board establishing the Indian River County Building, Electrical and Plumbing Resolution, 2. The appreciation of this Board is also expressed to the Farm Bureau, the Taxpayers' Association and other civic groups and public spirited individuals who participated in the development of the building code. 3.
