RESOLUTION NO. 68- 26
The Board of County Con, rnis9 ionc rs of Indian River County,
11 Florida, resolves;
1. That this Board does herewith independently the regulate hours

of sale of alcoholic beverages within tile territory of Indian River County,
Florida, not included within any municipality, as follows, to -wit:
(a) No alcoholic beverages, that is, all beverages containing
more d -tan one per cent of alcohol by weight, may be sold, consumed or
served or permitted to be served or consunied in any place holding a license
under the State Beverage OLpartnictit of Florida between the hours of 1:00
o'clock A. M. and 7:00 o'clock A. M. of each 'I'LICS(hly, Wednesday, Thursday,
Friday Or Saturday,
(b) No alcoholic beverages, that is, all beverages containing
niore than one per cent of alcohol by weight, may be said, consun-ied or
served or permitted to be served or consumed in any place holding a lic,,cnsc
