That this Board does herewith independently the regulate hours I o rs of sale of alcoholic beverages within tile territory of Indian River County, Florida, not included within any municipality, as follows, to -wit: (a) No alcoholic beverages, that is, all beverages containing more d -tan one per cent of alcohol by weight, may be sold, consumed or served or permitted to be served or consunied in any place holding a license under the State Beverage OLpartnictit of Florida between the hours of 1:00 o'clock A. M. and 7:00 o'clock A.
