Based thereon, this Board did direct that a public hearing be held on said request and did give notice by publication in the Voro Beach Preps Journal, a newspaper published ill this county, for one time not more than one month nor less than one week preceding Such hearing and certified proof of publication of said notice has been filed with this Board and the.
