WHE RUAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County,
Florida, did after public hearing make Its final report recommending changes
and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing it)
relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; Now,
therefore,
136 IT RESOUCI) by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County,
Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows:
I. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following des-
cribed property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
Beginning at a point 40 feet South of tile Northeast corner
of Tract 1530, thence run West 198 feet to a point, thence
South 560 feet to a point; thence East 198 feet to a point
on the East line of said Tract 1530; thence run North 560
feet to the point of beginning, of the lands of the Fellsmere
Farms Company, situated in St. Lucie County, F lorida, as
per plat of said lands duly filed in the records of St. 1-ticie
County, Florida, dated July 31, 1911, recorded in Plat Book
2, pages 3 and 4; now lying and being in Indian River County,
Florida, containing 2. 5 acres; also,
Beginning at it point 40 feet South of the Northeast corner of
Tract 1531, Tominhip3l South, Range 37 mast of
'Tallahassee Mcildian, thence %Ycst 526 feet; thence South
560 feet; thence 1`.ast 526 feet; thence North 500 feet to the
place of beginning of the land,; of the 1'`cllsnlerc Farms
Company, situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, as per
plat of said lands duly filed in tile records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, dated jtily :31, 1911, meorded in Plat
Book 2, on pagcs, 3 and 4, now lying and being in Indian
River County, Florida; 411-30,
Fellsmere Irarnis Subdivision, Tracts 1429A, 1430A,
1462, 1403 and 1464, Township 31 South, Range 37 Last,
Plat Book 2, pages 1. and 2;
be changed from F-1, Agricultural District, to C-1, Commercial District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in
I said Zoning Resolution.
2. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following des-
cribed property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
