WHEREAS, BERTHA. I. MORGAN and ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK,
® as Executor of the Estate of John O. Morgan, decensed,have
petitioned the Board of County Convaissioners of Indian sliver
County, Florida, to vacate the following described subdivision
as authorized by Florida Statutes 192.29 and 192.30, to wits

All of the plat of EUREKA ESTATES as recorded
in Plat Book 1, page 40, public records of
Indian River County, Florida; being a subdivision
of part of the SES of the SES{, Section 28; part
of the SW� of the SW4 of Section 271 part o£ the
NE4 of the NE4 of Section 33; and part of the
ITW4 of the NWh of Section 311, all in lcAnvihi)
31 South, Range 39 East, Indian rtiver county,
Florida;
WHEREAS, noti.co of intention to apply to gzi,d hoard

legal notice publiohed on NovwiJ3er 28, 1960, and December 5,
1968, the the Vero Beach Press -Journal, a weekly newspaper
published in Veru Beach, Indian River County, rlorida; and
WHEREAS, said Petitioners h7va shown conclusively
that they are the owners in foe aimplea of .all the lets and
blocks in said subdivision naught to be vacated; that the
vacation by said Doard of the subdivision sought to be, vacated
will not affect the ownership of persons owning other parts
of said subdivicsion since the Petitioners are the sole owners;
of said subdivisions and that all taxes for the year 1968
and prior years have been paid.
