RESOLUTION NO. 68-71
The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
Florida, resolves:
1. That this Board does herewith agree to the request of Robert Y.
McLarty that his prior offer to convey certain submerged lands to this County
previously accepted by this Board is herewith, by mutual consent of the
rescinded and declared null and void.
