The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
Florida, resolves:
1. That the performance bond of The Moorings Development
Company, a. Florida corporation, in connection with the approval of a plat of
a subdivision known as The Moorings, Unit One, is herewith approved and
upon deposit of the security, the County Administrator is authorized to
certify approval. of said plat for recording.
