WFEREAS, Palm Beach County has'reque:ted that this
Board approve its withdrawal from the Central Florida Re3ional
Housing Authority as authorized under House Bill 1395, adopted
by the 1965 session of the Florida Legislature; and
WHEREAS, this Board has no objection to the said
ioithdrawal by Palm Beach County;
NOW, THCREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, /
that approval is hereby given to the withdrawal of Palm Beach
County from the Central Florida Regional Housing Authority..
ADOPTED at regular session this 6th day of August,
A. D. 1969.
