RESOLUTION NO. 69- 44
WHEREAS, at least fifteen (15) days notice has been given by
ZuI1 publication in a newspaper published in Indian River County, Florida, as will
more fully appear by proof of publication of such notice made by the publisher
of the Vero Beach Press Journal and recorded in the minutes of the Board of
County Commissioners of that county of the completion of the tax assessment
rolls of Indian River County, Florida, for the year 1969, and that the County
Assessor of Taxes of said county would meet with the Board of County Com-
missioners and would at that time present the tax assessment rolls of said
county for the purpose of hearing complaints and receiving testimony as to the
value of any property, real or personal, as fixed by the County Assessor of
Taxes and of -fecting, reviewing and equalizing the assessments; and,
WHEREAS, at the time and place specified in the notice the County'
Assessor of Taxes did meet with said Board and said Board did deem it neces- I

sary to and did extend the time for the completion of said assessment rolls
and for the purpose of reviewing and equalizing the assessments to Monday,
August 11, 1969, at 8:30 o'clock A. M. , to which the first meeting was

adjourned, after again giving fifteen (15) days notice by publication, as will
more fully appear by proof of publication of such notice made by the publisher
of the Vero Beach Press journal and recorded in the minutes of said Board; andt
WHEREAS, said Board did meet for the aforesaid purposes on
Monday, August 11, 1969, at 8:30 o'clock A. M. and did then determine that
the County Assessor of Taxes was in Tallahassee presenting the said assess-
ment rolls to the officials of the State for approval and said Board did there-
upon extend the time for the completion of said assessment rolls and for the
purpose of reviewing and equalizing the assessments to Wednesday, August
13, 1969, at 8:30 o'clock A. M., to which time said meeting was adjourned
and said Board did again convene at the latter time; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has received all
complaints and testimony offered and has examined and reviewed said assess-
ment rolls and has found it unnecessary to increase the valuation of any prop-
erty shown thereon and has found such assessment roll to be correct, and the

and nays of each member of the Board voting on each final decision resulting
from such equalization meeting; Now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER
i COUNTY, FLORIDA, RESOLVES:
That it does herewith find the tax assessment rolls of Indian
River County, Florida, for the year 1969, as presented by the County Asses-
sor of Taxes, to be equal and just and does herewith approve, ratify and con-
firm the same.
