Schlitt and Marguerite M. Schlitt, his wife, parties of the second

part; whose P. O. address is P. O. Box 609, Vero Beach, Florida.
WITNESSETH that the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars
to it in hand paid by the parties of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to
the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
all the right, title and interest of said County in and to:
The East 10.42 Acres of the West 20.42 Acres of
Tract 9, Section 32, Township 32 South, Range 39
East, according to the last general Plat of
Indian River Farms Company, as recorded in Plat
Book 2, page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; said lands now lying and being
in Indian River County, Florida
Subject, however, to the rights of the Indian River
Farms Drainage District, in and to the Drainage Ditch located on
said property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first part has
caused these presents to be executed in its name by its Board of
County Commissioners acting by the Chairman of said Board, the day
and year aforesaid.
