RESOLUTION 70-6
WHEREAS, the State of Florida did purchase in February 1969
certain parcels of property in Indian River County for the purpose of
ziestablishing Sebastian Inlet State Park, and
WHEREAS, the deeds to said parcels have been recorded in the
following Official Record Books:

6. O. R. Book 310, Page 299 18. O. R. Book 310, Page 326
7. O. R. Book 310, Page 301 19. O. R. Book 310, Page 328
8. O. R. Book 310, Page 303 20. O. R. Book 310, Page 324

and,
WHEREAS, these parcels are now exempt from taxation, and
WHEREAS, taxes for the year 1969 on the above parcels totaled
$17,177.47, and
WHEREAS, when the State of Florida purchased said parcels, a
tax proration was retained from amounts paid the individual owners by
the State of Florida in the amount of $1, 756. 18,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that in accordance with General Law, the taxes on the
>� above parcels over and above the prorations retained by the State of
Florida, in an amount totaling $1,756.18, are hereby cancelled.
