The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida
resolves:
The application for release of the easement reserved for state road
w right of way in the deed from the State of Florida, Board of Trustees of the
Internal Improvement Trust Fund No. 470 affecting certain property in Indian
River County, Florida, as to so much of said reserved easement for right of
way as it affects all of Lot 14, Dixie Gardens Subdivision, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 4, page 21, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of Indian River County, Florida, is hereby approved because none of said lot
is necessary for highway purposes. This Board does herewith recommend to
the State of Florida, Department of Transportation and Board of Trustees of
the Internal Improvement Trust Fund that all of the above described reserved
easement contained in the above described deed insofar as it pertains to the
above described lot be released.
