WHEREAS, there is a road }mown as "Broxton Road" running
North from West Wabasso Road, located in Wabasso, Florida; and

WHEREAS, said road has been used by the general public
and maintained by Indian River County as a public road for a
period of more than 10 years immediately prior to the adoption
• of this resolution; and
WHEREAS, said Broxton Road is shown on the map which is
attached to this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, said map, a copy of which is to be filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, shows the right of way
an described below; now therefore be it,
RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners; of Indian
River. County, Florida, in regular session on this
day of Liss /c , A.D. 1970, that this Board does herewith
certify that the road commonly referred to as Broxton Road, lo-
cated in Wabasso, Florida, running North from 'nest 11abasso Road
a distance of 4023.59 feet and as shown on the rap attached here-
to and as hereinafter des;cribe€i has been designated, used by the
general. public and maintained by 1,i,)1e Boars) of County Commissioners
of Indian River County for a period of more than 10 years and that
said road including the: travr:led area thereof, necessary drainage
facilities and safety shoulder:;,if; hereby declared to be a County
Road for the use and benefit of the pi.it>lic; and be it:
