WHEREAS, Chapter 70 - 359, Laws of 1970, amending
Section 197.065, Florida Statutes became law on August 4, 1970,

and
WHEREAS, Gene Morris, Indian River County Tax
Collector, in accordance with said law, has recommended the
following resolution by letter dated .July 22, 1070 to this Board,
and
WHEREAS, this hoard has found that the adoption of the
