Home My WebLink About1971-002O RESnLUTION NO. 71-2 WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, • - did, after public hearing make its final report recommending changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and, WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Flor- ida and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: 1. That the 'Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: (1) All that part of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter lying west of the right of way of the Florida East Coast Railway, except the north one half of the north one half thereof, in Section 10, Township 32 South, Range 39 East. (2) All that part of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter lying west of the right of way of the Florida East Coast Railway, in Section 10, Township 32 South, Range 39 East. (3) The northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Sec- tion 10, Township 32 South, Range 39 Eaet. (4) The southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Sec -- tion 10, Township 32 South, Range 39 Fast. Be changed from R-1 Single Family District to 11-1 In- dustrial District. All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulation. Attorney Burch returned to the meeting and again became acting Attorney to the Board.
