RESOLUTION NO. 71-24
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida,
® did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes
and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida;
and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were
heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Flor-
ida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following des-
cribed property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
The SWa of the NE; of Section 22, Township 32 -South, Range 39 -
East, bounded on the South by Lindsey Road, the East by Drainage
District Lateral, the West and North sides being bounded by ii -O
Ranch, of which this property is a part, being 47.18 acres, more
or less.
Be changed from R-2 Single Family District to M-1 Industrial
District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulation.
The hour of 10:00 o'clock A. M. having passed, the
Deputy Clerk read the following Notice with proof of publication
attached, to -wit:
