RESOLUTION NO. 71-25
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida,
did, after public hearing make its final report recommending changes
and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida;
and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were
heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Flor-
ida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following des-
cribed property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
Tract 13, Section 2, Township 33 -South, Range 38 -East, Indian
River Farms Co. SID, PB 2, pg. 25, St. Lucie County Records.
Tract 9, less North 660 feet, more or less, Section 3, Township
33 -South, Range 38 -East, Indian River Farms Co. SID, PB 2, pg. 25,
St. Lucie County Records.
Tract 16, Section 3, Township 33 -South, Range 38 -East, Indian
River Farms Co. SID, PB 2, pg. 25, St. Lucie County Records.
Be changed from R-1 Single Family District and F-1 Agricultural
District to C -1B Commercial District and C-1 Commercial District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said 'Zoning Regulation.
