; The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
•
Florida, resolves:
1. That the u lity and drainage easements now existing
on both sides of the line dividing Lot 8 and Lot 9, Block F., ROCK
RIDGE SUBDIVISION, Unit No. 1, according to plat filed in the office
Of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida,
in Plat Book 4, page 23, be and the same is hereby abandoned, and
this Board does herewith relinquish and disclaim the rights of the
public acquired by the dedication in said plat insofar as it pertains
to the above described utility and drainage easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has
caused these presents to be executed in its name by its Board of
County Commissioners, acting by the Chairman of said Board,
this 9th day of June , 1971.
