HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971-060RE SOLUT ION 7.1-60 WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, did, after public hearing make its final report recommending changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, situated in Indian River County, owned by Earl Groth, Erbe Wold and Roland Miller, to -wit: From F-1 Agricultural to R-1MP Zone, the following described property to -wit: Tract 13, Section 31, Township 32 -South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida as per plat of the Indian River Farms Company Subdivision according to the plat thereof filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, Plat Book 2, at page 25, said land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. From R-1 Residential to R-1MP Zone, the following described property to -wit: Tracts 4 and 5, Section 6, Township 33 -South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida, said property located within the Indian River Farms Company Subdivision according to the plat thereof filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, at page 25, said land now situated, lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, less easements for canals, highway rights-of-way and less the East 600 feet of the West 800 feet of the South 660 feet of the above described property, said 660 feet to be measured northerly from the center line of State Road 60. From R-1 Residential to C-1 Commercial Zone, the following described property: The East 600 feet of the West 800 feet of the South 660 feet of Tract 5, Section 6, Township 33 -South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida, said property located within the Indian River Farms Company Subdivision, according to the plat thereof filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida in Plat Book 2, at page 25, said land now lying in Indian River County, Florida, said 660 feet to be measured northerly from the center line of State Road 60, and less easements for canals and highway rights-of-way. Be changed from F-1 Agricultural District to R-1MP Zone; R-1 Residential District to R-lMP Zone and R-1 Residential to C-1 Commercial Zone as per parcels described above. All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations. M
