WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida recognized the need for Comprehensive
City Planning, and
WHEREAS, Indian River County is by resolution a
member of the Vero Beach -Indian River County Planning Commission
which purpose is to do comprehensive planning.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the,Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County does hereby approve and
authorize the Vero Beach -Indian River County Planning Commission
making application for federal planning assistance grant, in
amount not to exceed the approved budget, and to enter into contract
with the State and Federal government to complete a comprehensive
plan as hereinafter described.
Duly executed this 22nd day of December, 1971.
