WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida,
did, after public hearing make its final report recommending changes
and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Flor-
ida; and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were
heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as foll-

1. That the 'Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
described property, owned by McKee -Sexton Land Company, situated in
Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Government Lot 4, Sec-
tion 18, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, run East a dis-
tance of 660.3 feet to a point; thence run South 470 feet
to a point; thence run Southwesterly along a line parallel-
ing the centerline of the South Relief Canal, which line is
125 feet from said centerline of the South Relief Canal, a
distance of 1,240 feet to a point; thence run North a dis-
tance of 820 feet to a point; thence run East a distance of
559.61 feet to 'the point of beginning.
Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-lTM Transient
Mobile Home District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulation.
