Home My WebLink About1972-004RESOLUTION NO. 72-4 WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and, WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows; request of Rivers McNeill Anderson. 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: Lots 1 to 24 inclusive Mobile Villa Estates, Plat Book 8, Page 10, Indian River County Records. Lots 2 to 18 inclusive, Jean's Unit and Lots 1 to 15 Joy's Unit, Indian River Twin Estates as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 31, Indian River County Records. Be changed from R-2 Single Family District and C-1 Commer- cial District to R-1PM Permanent Mobile Home Subdivision Dis- trict. All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulation.
