WHEREAS, Orange County desires to withdraw from the
Central Florida Regional Housing Authority, and
WHEREAS, Orange County has agreed to be liable for one -
seventeenth (1/17th) of the debts of the Central 11orift Regional
Housing Authority,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the I3oard of
County Commissioners of Indian River County that the Hoard of County
Commissioners of orange County is hereby granted the right to
withdraw from the Ventral Florida Regional dousing Authority and the
Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County gives its consent
to said withdrawal.
