RESOLUTION NO. 77-1
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor-
ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending
changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
Item The North 1/2 of the West 20.29 acres of. Tract 4, Section
# 1 26, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, according to the
last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Com-
pany, filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25; now
lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, owned by
Maguire's Vero Beach K O A, Inc.
Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-lTM Transient
Mobile Home District.
Item Commencing at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of. Section 30,
# 2 Township 33 South, Range 40 East, and from thence run South
along the East line of said NW 1/4 671.53 feet to the point
of beginning; thence run West to the East right-of-way line
of the Florida East Coast Railroad; thence run Southeasterly
along the East right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast
Railroad to the South boundary line of the North 1/2 of the
NW 1/4 of Section 30; thence run East to the SF, corner of the
NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 30; thence run North a-
long the East boundary of said NW 1/4 of Section 30 to the
point of beginning; LESS AND EXCEPTING from the above parcel
the South 360 feet thereof lying between the East right-of-way
line of the Florida East Coast Railroad and the West right-of-
way line of U. S. Highway #1, as in Deed filed in O.R. Book
218, page 358; said land lying and being in Indian River County,
Florida, owned by Anthony F.lso.
Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-lMP Mobile Home
Park District.

Be changed from R-1 Single Family District to A-1 Agricultural
District.
