RESOLUTION NO. 72--30
WHEREAS, this Board previously did pass Indian River County
Ordinance No. 72-2 ,known as "Rock Ridge Subdivision Street
Lighting District Ordinance", and
WHEREAS, a special referendum election was submitted to the
electors residing within the boundary of said dictrict on March 14,
1972, and
WHEREAS, the results of the referendum election have been
certified to the Board of County Commissioners by the Indian River
County Supervisor of Elections, which certificate stated that a
majority of the electors residing within the boundary of the district
have approved the adpotion of the Rock Ridge Subdivision Street
Lighting District Ordinance and have approved the levy of up to three
mills per annum on all taxable real property in the district for the
purpose of providing street lighting to the residents of the district,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County that the Rock Ridge Subdivision
Street Lighting District is hereby established in accordance with
Indian River County Ordinance No. 72-2
