WHEREAS, ANDY'S SANITATION has previously been issued
a non-exclusive garbage collection franchise by this Board, and
WHEREAS, ANDY'S SANITATION has applied for a rate
increase, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held on this date and
evidence received by the Board substantiating a rate increase,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian River County that ANDY'S
SANITATION is authorized to charge up to $3.25 per customer per
month for their services.
