HomeMy WebLinkAbout1972-033RESOLUTION NO. 72-33 WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and, WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map be changed as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, owned by Charles G. Palmer, and situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: Tracts 9 and 10, less the West 10 acres of Tract 10, Section 11, Township 33 -South, Range 38 -East, according to the last general plat of Indian River Farms Company filed in the off- ice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 25, less Indian River Farms Drainage District rights-of-way and State Road 609 right-of- way except that the N. E. Corner of Tract 9; Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R-1MP Mobile Home Park District. Beginning at a point 40 feet west and 30 feet south of the N. E. corner of Tract 9, thence running south on the exist- ing State Road 609 right-of-way boundary a distance of 480 feet, thence west parallel to the north boundary of Tract 9 a distance of 430 feet, then running north a distance of 480 feet parallel to the State Road 609 right-of-way, then east 430 feet along the existing Indian River Farms drainage district right-of-way boundary to the point of beginning. Be changed from A -Agricultural District to C-1 Commercial Dis- trict. All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulation. -6-
