WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor-
ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending
changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
described property, owned by Lloyd H. Turman, and situated in Indian
River County, Florida, to -wit:
Re -Plat of Grenview Gardens, a Subdivision of the E. 10
acres Tract 15, Section 22, Township 33 -South, Range 39 -
East, dated February, 1925 and being filed of record
April 10, 1925, Plat Book 5, Page 10, Public Records for
St. Lucie County, Florida, said land now being situate in
Indian River County, Florida, LESS the South 50 feet there-
of.
Be changed from C-1 Commercial District and R-1 Single Fam-
ily District to R-1MP Mobile Home Park District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ-
ed in said Zoning Regulation.
