WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County has previouslyauthorized the Bus Study Committee
to enter into an agreement with the .;.ate of Florida Department
of Transportation, the City of Vero Beach, Florida, and National
City Management Company for. an Urban '!ass Transit Short Range
Technical Transit `>tudy ani? to inplllrlation for a grant of
assistance, and
WHERLAS , said Committee did enter into such an a�jrd!c—
iiient, on June 1, 1972,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
CoiiLn, issioners of Indian Enver county tilat the a-Ireer::ent between
Indian River County, State of Flori4Ca Department of Transportation
and National City Management Company dated June 1, 1972, and
signed .by Jack Dritenba , and Jack Jennings for Indian River
County is hereby ratified and. approve6.
