RESOLUTION NO. 72.-112
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida,
j, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes
and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Flor-
ida; and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were
heard: Now, therefore,

j BE I7' RESOLVED by the Hoard of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoninq Map, be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map he changed in order that the following
described property, owned by Wellford E. Hardee, situated in Indian
River County, Florida, to -wit:
The SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22, Township .32 -South,
Range 39 -East, bounded on the South by Lindsey Road, the Fast
by Drainage District Lateral, the West and North sides being
bounded by FF -O Ranch, of which this property is a part, being
47.18 acres, more or less.
Be changed from M-1 Restricted Industrial District to R-1MP
Mobile Home Park District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulation.
