County, Florida, did, after public hearing make its final report; and • WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River. County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, situated in Indian River County, owned by Edmond -'G. Goodwin, to -wit: From the Northeast corner of Section 10, Township 33 -South, Range 38 -East same being the Northeast corner of Tract 1 of said Section 10 as shown on the plat of Indian River Farms Company Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 25, St. Lucie County Records; run South along the East line of said Section 10 a distance of 510 feet; Thence run West para- llel to the North line of said Section 10 a distance of 40 feet to a point on the West right-of-way of 90th Avenue and point of beginning; Thence continue West a distance of 200 feet; Thence run South parallel to the East line of said Sec- tion 10 a distance of 320 feet; Thence run West parallel to the North line of Section 10 a distance of 610 feet to the Easterly right-of-way of I-95; Thence run South along said right-of-way a distance of 320 feet; Thence run East parallel to the North line of Section 10 a distance of 810 feet to the West right-of-way of 90th Avenue; Thence run North along said right-of-way a distance of 640 feet to the point of beginning; said parcel lying and being in Tract 1, Section 10, Townshin 33 -South, Range 38 -East, Indian River County, Florida. Be changed from C-1 Commercial District and R-lMP Mobile Home Park District to R-1TM Transient Mobile Rome District. All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations.
