WHEREAS, the Toning Commission of Indian River County, Florida,
did, after public hearing make its final report; and
WHEREAS, this board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a puhlic hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Hoard of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning I,ap he changed in order that the following
described property, situated in Indian River county, owner] by Maguire's
Vero Beach K O A Inc., to -wit:
West 20.29 acres of Tract 4,
26, Townshin 33 -South,
Range 39-i:ast, according to the last general plat of. lands
of the Indian River Farms Company filed in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
Plat Book 2, page 25, said land now lying and being in Indian
River. County, Florida.
Be changed from C-1 commercial District, R -1T1•11 Transient Ma -
bile home District and R-1 Single Family District, to R-1TIP
Mobile liome hark District.
All within the meaning <and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulations.
