WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida,
did, after public hearing make its final report; and
WIiEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT ItESOLVFD by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning rtesolution of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Ilan, he changed as
follows:
1. That the 'Zoning Iiap be changed in order that the following
described property, situated in Indian River County, owned by Kenneth
,i and Rhea Pangburn, to -wit:
East side of U. S. ##1, for 150 ft. death by 670 ft. frontage,
tieing a parcel of land lying in Government i,ot 4, Section 28,
Township 31 -South, Ranee 39 -oast;
Be changed from C-lA Restricted commercial District to C-1 Comm-
ercial. District, AND
The boundary of the above described property which is more parti-
cularly described as "From the Northwest corner of Government Lot
4, Section 28, Town:,hil> 31 -South, Range 39 -East, run South 20
feet; thence South 89044'2" East 179.67 feet for the Point of.
Beginning: thence South 22 19'30" East 97.45 feet; thence South
89044'29" East 11.28 feet to a point 150 feet Bast of and para-
llel to said East Right -of -Way line of U. S. highway No. 1;
thence Southeasterly on a line 150 feet east of and parallel to
said U. S. highway No. .1 Right -of -Way 565.7.0 feet; thence run
North 88045131" East 91.7.50 feet to a Point on the west line of
a State Road Department outfall Glitch right-of-way; thence. run
North 0011'29" West along said west line of ditch right -of: -way
607.83 feet; thence North 89044'29" West 1120.06 feet more or
less to the Point of Beginning.
Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R•-1TM Transient
Mobile home District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulations.
