® RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT WITH NATIONAL CITY MANAGE-
MENT COMPANY AND STATE OF FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR
FEASIBILITY STUDY AND FOR A FIFTY
PER CENT GRANT FOR A TRANSPORTATION
STUDY IN THE VERO BEACH, INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY AREA
WHEREAS, the joint Bus Study Committee of the City of
Vero Beach and Indian River County has recommended to the Board
of County Commissioners of Indian River County that a feasibility
study be undertaken by National City Manacgement,Company of
transportation problems in Indian River County, and
WHF.RP;AS, Indian River County has agreed with National
City Management Company to provide there services for a total
cost not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of. Florida Department of Trans-
portation has agreed to grant Indian River County up to the
sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or an amount equal
to fifty per cent (50'x) of the total cost of the study and
services rendered, whichever i.s 1e5;s, and
WHEREAS, this Board authorized such a study,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that.
the Memorandum of Agreement between the State of Florida
Department of: Transportation, National city Management
Company, and Indian River County, Florida .is hereby approved
and the Chairman and Clerk of the Boarrl are: authorized to
execute said agreement on behalf. of. Indian River County.
The foregoing Resolution was offered by Commi_;::;ioner
Alma Lee Loy, who moved to adopt the motion, was seconded by

Commissioner Jack Dritenbas and, upon being put to a vote,
