RESOLUTION NO. 72-58_
WHEREAS, LLOYD C. WILLIAMS, of the Indian River
i
County Road & Bridge Department, did retire on June 15,
1972, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County wishes to acknowledge his excellence
in performance and devotion to duty as chief mechanic of
the Indian River County garage during a period from
August 1, 1955 through June 15, 1972,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida,
that the retirement of LLOYD C. WILLIAMS from his position
as chief mechanic leaves a void that will be hard to fill.
The outstanding manner that he performed his duties and
the allegiance of his fellow employees sets a standard for
those who will follow him.
The Board of County Commissioners on behalf of all
the citizens of Indian River County, thank LLOYD C.
WILLIA14S for his years of devoted duty to the county and
wish him success in his future endeavors.
