WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, rlor-
ida, did, after }public hearing make its final report recommending I1E
changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thoreto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BU IT RESOTXYD by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, he changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
-i described property, owned by Jan Yr.omhnut, situated in Tndian River
County, Florida:
The North 250' of the Wegt 5.4 Acres of the Fast 15.4 Acres
of Tract 16, Section 11, Townshin 33 -South, Range 38 -Fast,
Indian River County, Official Pecord Took 418, page 395.
Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R -IF: Country Fstate
District.
All within t_hr, meaning and .intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulation.
