WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian Piver County, Flor-
ida, did, after public hearing make its final report recommending
changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of. Indian River
County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of. Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of. Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Van, be changed as
follows:
1, That the 'honing Map he changed in order that the following
j described property, owned by Robert P. nuerden and Peter Y. Papnas,
represented by Total Development, Inc_., situated in Indian River
County, Florida:
All of Block C, Ercildoune 1'Piclhts, and T,ot 7, Plock n,
Erci.ldoune Heights, Section 25, `Cownshi.p 3n -South, Range
313 -East, PB 3, page 74, Indian River County, Florida.
Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to P-1 Tingle Fam-
ily District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and desc_ri_hed
in said Zoning Regulation.
