HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-010RESOLUTION NO. 73-10 WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor-ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and, WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended changes and additions and dial, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of. Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of. Indian River. County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, owned by Floyd J. Voight, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 1.2 and Tracts "A", "B", "C", "D" and "E", of Block "A"; Lots 1 and 2, and Tract "A" of Block "B"; Lots 1 and 2 of Block "C", and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of Block "D", PARA- DISE PARK, UNIT FOUR, according to the plat of same filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of. Indian River County, Florida; in Plat Book 6, page 54, tXCFPT a stria of land over the Southerly portions of Tracts "B", "C", "D", Block "A", and Tract "A", Plock "B", being more particularly describ- ed as follows: A strip of land over, through and across the Southerly nortions of Tracts "B", "C", and "D", Block "A", according to plat of Paradise Park, Unit Four, as recorded in Plat Book, 6, page 54, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, Section 2, Town- ship 33 -South, Range 38 -East, Indian River County; said stri.n lying within 147.50 feet of the South line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 2, when measured along the West line and Southerly extension thereof for said Tract "D", and which lies within 147.55 feet of said South line of said Northwest Quarter when measured along the East line and Southerly exten- sion thereof for said Tract "B"; ALSO A strip of land over, through and across the Southerly portion of Tract "A", Block "B", according to plat of Paradise Park, Unit Four, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 54, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, in Section 2, Township 33 - South, Range 38 -East, Indian River County; said strip lying within 147.47 feet of the South line of the Northwest Quarter of. said Section 2, when measured along the West line and Souther- ly extension thereof for said Tract "A", and lying within 147.48 feet of the said South line of said Northwest Quarter when measured along the East line and Southerly extension thereof for said Tract "A"; Said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH the following described prop- erty: ALL of the right of way on 118th Avenue, ALSO that part of the right of way of 21st Street lying West of the West right of way line of 117th Avenue, all the above property being situated wholly within and dedicated as a part of Para- dise Park Subdivision, Unit No. 4 as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 54, Docket No. 115409, on July 6, 1960 in the Public Re- cords of Indian River County, Florida. Said street and avenue ® having been vacated, abandoned, discontinued and closed by Resolution 72-45 of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida. ® Be changed from C-1 Commercial and R-1 Single Family Districts to B-1 Planned Business District. "Subject to approval of a final site plan by the Zoning Commission and Bond form approval for road construction by the County Administrator and County Attorney". All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulation.
