® � MEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor-
ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending
40 M changes and additions to the Zoning .Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning I4ap be changed in order that the following
--3 described property, owned by Cliff Reuter and Leonard Hatala, situated
in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
North 20 Acres of Tract 6, section 26, Township 33 -South,
Range 39 -East; South 20 Acres of Tract 3, Section 26,
Township 33 -South, Range 39 -East; and North 20 Acres of
Tract 3, Section 2.6, Township 33 -South, Range 39 -Fast,
LESS East 300 feet of Porth 200 feet of Tract 3, Indian
River County, containing approximately 58 1/2 Acres.
Be changed from C-1 Commercial and R-1 Single Family Dis-
tricts to R-lMP Mobile Home Park. District.
"Subject to site plan approval by the Zoning Commission and
approval of a water and sewer plan".
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
In said Zoning Regulation.
