Indian River County, Flor- ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending ®M changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and, WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: 1. That the Zoning map be changed in order that the following --I described property, owned by Jacob G. or. Dorothy J. Adams, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: Property lying in the SW 1/4 of Rection 12, Township 33 - South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NE corner of Ridgewood Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 39, Public Records of Indian River County, said corner also lying on the tdest right-of-way of Old Dixie Highway; run Southeasterly along said right-of-way a dis- tance of 79.48 feet to a point; thence run West for a dis- tance of 26.49 feet; thence run Southeasterly along right- of-way of Old Dixie highway, for a distance of 127.18 feet to a point, said point lying on the North right-of-way of 10th Lane; thence run West along said right-of-way 2.55.26 feet to a point; thence run North 190 20 W for a distance of 206.66 feet to a point; thence run East 41.75 feet to a point; thence run North 200 feet to a point lying on the North right-of-way of 10th Place; thence run West 58.27' + to a point; thence North 240 feet to a point; thence Fast - 146.85 feet to a point on the West right-of-way of Old Dixie Highway; thence Southeasterly along said right-of-way 465.55 feet to point of beginning. Be changed from R-1 Single Family District to B-1 Planned Business District. "Subject to site plan approval by the Zoning Commission". All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulation.
