following kesolution authorizing Donna Scott, Indian River
® County Court Clerk, and her designated assistants, to draw
checks.o•.
R E S 0 L 9 T ION No. 73-13
BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the acting Indian River County Court Clerk
is hereby authorized to establish trust and
checking accounts at the Indian River Citrus
Bank for use by the Indian River County Court.
2. That the acting Indian River County Court Clerk
and her authorized deputies approved by the Board
of County Commissioners from time to time are
authorized to draw checks on the accounts.
3. That all County Court employees handling County
Court funds shall be bonded.
