V11 REAS, this Poard did nubli sh its notice of said recormended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a Dublic hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: t,ow, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Doard of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning flap, be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Man he changed in order that the following
described property, owned by Arthur Tankersley; Richmond Tankersley;
Willie Lewis Tankersley; Charles Daniel Tankersley; Oscar Lee Tankers-
ley; Ola Mae O'Neal; Mary Ruth Cruce, situated in Indian River County,
Florida, to -wit:
The North 18.61 Acres of Tract 5, LESS CANAL, Section
18, Township 33 -South, Range 39 -Fast, PFS 2-25, page
188, Indian ?aver Farms Company Subdivision, Indian
River County
Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R-1 Single
Family District
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulation.
