ida, did, after pubiic hearing, ma) -.c its final report recommend-
ing charges and ad-?itions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida; and,
FEI'EAS, this Board did puhlish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at v hick parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
described property, owned by Charles B. and Mary 0. Gray, William 11.
Ruehman, Jr., Applicant/Agent, situated in Indian River County, Flor-
ida, to -crit:
The West 1/2 of Tract- 1463 and Fast 32' of Tract 1464.;
Fellsmere Farms Company Subdivision, Township 31 -South,
Range 37 -Fast, Indian Giver County
Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to A -Agricultur-
al District
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulation.
