RESOLUTION NO. 73-24
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County. Commissioners of Indian
River County hereby agrees to annually update the areas (1) land
use plan and,(2) to establish and update a capital improvement
program and/or (3) annually update the capital budget, before the
annual operating budget will be considered.
