IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, as follows:
The Board of County Commissioners disclaims
any right, title and interest in and to that
SEAL
certain real property located in Wabasso,
Indian River County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
The North 35 feet of a parcel of land lying
in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 33, Township 31 South, Range
39 East, more particularly described as
follows:
From the point of intersection of the East
right-of-way line of Old State Road 5, and the
East-West Quarter Section line of Section 33,
Township 31 South, Range 39 East, Indian River
County, Florida, run South 25048137" East along
said right-of-way line 172.40 feet; thence North
64025140" East 135 feet; thence North 25048'37"
West on a line parallel to said Section line
149.76 feet to the Point of Beginning.
