WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor-
ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend -
®M ing changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS this Board did publish its notice of said recommended

changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
-1described property, with City National. Bank of Miami, as Trustee,
Robert A. Cairns, as Trustee, Petitioner/Agent, situated in Indian
River County, Florida, to -wit:
The South 411.84 feet of Government Lots 5 and 6, and
the N 1/2 of Government Lots 8 and 9, in Section 26'
all of Government Lot 1 and the North 285 feet of Gov-
ernment Lot 2, in Section 25, in Township 31 -South,
Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida; LESS that
portion thereof, heretofore conveyed to the State of
Florida for State Road A -1-A. Together with all littoral
and riparian rights thereto belonging and appertaining.
Be changed from A -Agricultural and R-1 Single Family Dis-
tricts to R-2 Multiole Family District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulation.
