WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor-
ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend-
ing changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear-
ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
were heard: Now, therefore,.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as
follows:
1. That the Zoning Man he changed in order that the following
described property owned by Horace Ross and Minnie Bell Ross, situated
in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
From the Northeast corner of the East one half of the West
one half of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 32, Townshin 31 -South, Range 39 -Fast, run South
fifty-five feet to South right of way line of drainage canal;
thence run Priest one hundred feet; thence run South parallel
with the east line of said E 1/2. of W 1/2 of NW 1/4 of NE 1/4
a distance of 300 feet; thence run East a distance of 100 feet;
thence rur ''Orth a distance of 300 feet to point of beginning.
Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-1 Single Family
District.
All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described
in said Zoning Regulation.
